You need the customer list outside the system: for an email marketing campaign / to analyze in Excel / to pass to your accountant / or simply as a backup. Export gives you a file with all the data in seconds.
Most importantly: only what you're viewing is exported. If you apply filters, only the filtered customers are exported. This lets you get exactly what you need without cleaning up the file afterward.
Apply filters (optional)
Before exporting, decide which customers you want:
All customers → No filters
Only customers with a RUC → Filter by type = RUC
Customers from this month → Filter by creation date
Active customers → Filter by status = Active
Click Export
The Export button is in the toolbar next to the search box.
Choose the format
Excel (.xlsx) — Best for spreadsheet analysis. Includes automatic table formatting. Compatible with Excel / Google Sheets / LibreOffice.
CSV (.csv) — Universal format compatible with any system. Ideal for importing into other software. Lighter than Excel.
Download
The file is generated and downloaded automatically. Depending on the number of customers, it may take a few seconds.
What data is included?
The export includes all fields: ID / Legal Name / Trade Name / Document Type and Number / Email / Phone / Address / Creation Date / Total Purchases.
